About The Bluegrass Wedding Barn

This wedding space sits on 76 acres of Kentucky horse farmland and offers breathtaking views of rolling hills and valleys. Founder and lead planner, Janna, believes that weddings are about the people, family and friends celebrating and creating memories. That’s why this venue provides ample space for you to be able to invite all of your closest friends and family to celebrate your special day with you.
Details of the Grounds
For your ceremony, you’ll be able to utilize one of two different spaces. The indoor space is the wedding barn which offers heating and air conditioning year round depending on what the weather is like. This barn is slightly smaller than the reception barn but has the same rustic wedding vibe to it. Here, your space will be adorned with a chandelier and market lights for ambiance. This space also provides a great location for family wedding photos!If you want an outdoor ceremony, you can host your wedding on the edge of a hill in the grass overlooking the valley and scenic hillside. You can also utilize the large, decorative beam arbor altar which can be decorated to suit the occasion or left bare with the simple barn beam.
For your reception, you may use the wedding barn and stables outdoors. Inside the horse stables, you will get that same rustic, homey feel with clean and exposed beam construction. You and up to 300 guests will also have access to the built-in dance floor, crystal chandeliers, and market lights.
Any other spaces on property can be used for events like cocktail hour such as the covered, outdoor reception space along the side of the barn. If you need getting ready spaces for your wedding party, you can request access to the bridal suite and groom’s room which features abundant light, makeup stations, full length mirrors, and crystal chandeliers.
