If you are searching for a southern Indiana wedding venue, then let me introduce you to Montgomery Farms; a wonderful wedding venue located in Underwood, Indiana.  I recently helped photograph a wedding there and loved the venue so much I wanted to write a blog to highlight the amazing features.

Montgomery Farms

This beautiful wedding venue is family owned and operated and sits on 40 acres.  They provide many in-house services available such as bartending, dj, decorating, and floral packages although wedding parties can opt for outside vendors if they choose.

Ceremony Space

This particular wedding ceremony took place on the second floor of the barn, but the venue can set up inside or outside depending on your preference.  They even have a small playground area outside for kids to play on that may be attend the wedding.

Getting Ready Spaces

It was very noticeable how clean everything was from the barn to the wedding party prep rooms and even the bathrooms.  And speaking of the prep rooms there is lots of natural lighting and light colored walls, making it easy for photographers (like myself) to get great pictures with perfect looking skin tones.

The Staff

The owners of Montgomery Farms were just as amazing!  They are so sweet and friendly! It was easy to see that they truly care about the couples they serve and are proud of their venue.  I loved that they checked in periodically throughout the day to coordinate with the photographers on time and make sure everyone had everything they needed.  They go above and beyond for their couples including helping to get a coffee stain out of the grooms pants before the ceremony.  They are truly one of the best reasons to book your wedding there!
