There’s something truly magical about a summer wedding in Kentucky, especially when the weather is as perfect as it was for Caroline and Collin’s special day. Their elegant Kentucky summer wedding was a dream, as the entire day was filled with love, laughter, and deep faith.
Upon arriving, I knew this was going to be a day to remember. Caroline and Collin were the epitome of a laid-back couple—calm, sweet, and deeply in love. Their joy was contagious, and it was clear that they were surrounded by friends and family who loved them dearly. The energy throughout the day was light and fun.
Caroline looked stunning in her wedding dress, which featured a delicate lace design and the perfect amount of sparkle. The classic black and white color palette added an air of timeless elegance to the entire day. Caroline’s clean, white rose bouquet not only fit their classic look, but was an intentional and symbolic choice as Collin’s last name is Rose, which is now Caroline’s last name.
The wedding ceremony took place at Centenary United Methodist Church. Everything about their ceremony was a beautiful testament to Caroline and Collin’s faith and Christ-centered relationship. With three officiants leading the service, it was clear that their faith played a pivotal role in their love story. One of the most touching moments was when the couple and their guests joined together in singing a heartfelt worship song. It was a powerful and memorable moment.
Shelbyville Conference Center Reception
Following the ceremony, the couple made their grand entrance in a white limo at the Shelbyville Conference Center for the reception. As they were introduced, their guests and wedding party enthusiastically waved their napkins in the air—a fun and energetic start to the evening.
The reception was filled with joyful moments, from the crowd singing and dancing to “Sweet Caroline”, to the light-up necklaces and fun atmosphere on the dance floor. It was clear that everyone was having a wonderful time celebrating the newlyweds.
As the night drew to a close, Caroline and Collin made their exit in an epic sparkler send-off, hopping back into their white limo as they waved goodbye to their guests. It was the perfect ending to a perfect day.
Through their time together, Caroline and Collin have not only built a beautiful relationship but have also deepened their faith in the Lord. Their wedding day was a celebration of not just their love for each other, but also their shared love for Christ, and I’m so honored to have captured these special moments for them.
